Returns Policy
You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Please contact us before returning any item.

- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Return the item using a tracked delivery service
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your scooter arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a collection and replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
